Casa Risonha is located about 3 kms from Moncarapacho in the Portuguese Algarve.
Moncarapacho is a typical Portuguese village as where you find several supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacy, pottery and launderette. Of course there are also several restaurants and bars with terraces.
The nearest beach is in Fuseta (5 km), and there are several ferries to the off-shore islands.

The nature reserve Ria Formosa is nearby as well as the small towns Tavira (10 km) and Olhão (10 km).
Faro airport is at about 20 km.
The Algarve mountains are reachable in only 10 minutes and the Portuguese-Spanish border is only 30 car minutes away. (Sevilla at about 2½ hours)
The beautiful area near Casa Risonha invites for some nice walks and golf players can choose between several golf courses in the vicinity.

Besides Casa Risonha and the Guestroom we now have a seperate/detached Holiday Home available. The home, Casa Risonha 2, sleeps up to 4 guests.
The total amount of guests we can accommodate has therefore been increased to 10.
